You can tell the quality of a company not just with how they deal with the install but how they deal with any issues. We had our system installed a week or so back. The installers were amazing super neat and tidy. Unfortunately we had a part not working so had to come back. ( these things happen) Here again the team were fantastic. I had a small grumble which was taken very seriously by the Managment and they ensured all was good.Can not recommend PSF enough, We encountered some real average companies on our Solar journey but these guys are well worth the time.Thanks team

Cant speak highly enough of the install team Shay Alex and Jono - the team were on time, efficient and professional and even offered some practical field insight when installing the panels on the roof suggesting to move them up higher towards the apex of the roof to capture more sun and prevent early shading from neighbouring properties. Also I can see how meticulously the Inverter has been installed and I appreciate the attention to detail. Lastly the office staff were always friendly and helpful. Great job legends. Would recommend to anyone.

We had our solar panels installed in 2019, from signing up to installation everything was trouble-free. A few weeks ago the inverter packed it in and contacted PSF, we were told it was faulty and will order a new one to replace it (luck was on our side as it is still under warranty). The new inverter arrived and fitted less than the time frame given, we're so happy with the company's efficiency, communication and professionalism. Keep up the great work, team 👍

One of the reasons we didn’t get solar panels sooner was because we were worried about getting ripped off and receive panels that were poorly made. We were also not sure of how many we would need, where they would be placed and if they would even make a difference to our power bill. My husband started researching and saw a lot of Perth Solar Force cars around in our area. So he put a request for a quote and before we knew it we had a solar panel specialist come out to meet with us. John ‘read the room’ and knew that we just wanted to know how many and how much - we were impressed that he had already done his research and could tell us everything we needed to know. We were even thrilled with the price. The quality service did not end there either. The admin team and the installers were all very professional and efficient. We cannot recommend Perth Solar Force highly enough. And our power bill - well we were so stoked that we really wished we had found them sooner!

I dealt with John Ward at Perth Solar Force.I had a few online quotes from other companies. I’m in a rural area, but John was the only one who actually came to my house.He explained everything clearly, and worked out a few issues which would have been missed had I okayed the email quotes.All their installers are Solar Force Staff, not contractors. The process from beginning to end was seamless.The equipment I decided on was of the highest German quality, and the after sales service has been exceptional.When it comes to investing in a solar system, price should not be the only deciding factor. There are many things to consider. I am confident my system will last for many years.

I did my research very carefully before choosing which Solar company to go through for my panels. I got a lot of quotes, checked google reviews and checked if they were a Clean Energy Council approved installer. Perth Solar Force was the ONLY one that ticked all the boxes.From the initial meeting - which was quick and painless, informative and NOT pushy...to the easy finance application and quick approval...and the install was booked for the first week of the year due to Christmas, otherwise it would have been even faster. The installers were professional, friendly, helpful and cleaned up after themselves. The installation was much faster than expected (but was not a "rush job") and the installation was done to a high standard.So far, I have only been able to access my Synergy data for the 1 day (it's only been 3 days) but according to my account, my daily usage cost is 50% less than it was before the solar.Thanks to the team at Perth Solar Force - it's not easy to find decent customer service and quality workmanship these days.I will recommend to anyone I know that is looking for Solar.

All started with Daryl reaching out to a request I put in for a quote, there was 3 other competitors I also was tossing up between but what sold me was the fact Daryl came around to the property and realistically went through with me my options and not just "this is the biggest system we have this is the best" he was very professional and listened to my needs of power usage reccomending me a system from there. Installers were very professional, and very respectful of the property, walking me through parts of the install as well with a high level of communication, another big plus. Then I had an issue, I noticed the smart energy app was telling me I was still pulling power from the grid and solar was not working. I reached out the next day with no hassle at all and within 48h someone was at my place and fixed the issue! Since then I have had nothing but credits on my electricty bill and have PSF to thank for it! Thanks Team!

Big shout out to Daryl Platten, sales rep for Perth Solar Force. Daryl gave me an initial quote for a 6 KW system after coming to the house and spending 2 hours going through the options and explaining things to me. I then chopped and changed my mind for a couple of weeks in which time I must have made a dozen telephone calls to Daryl to ask about the pros and cons of different sized systems and configurations. During this lengthy process Daryl provided me with another two quotes for systems I thought might be appropriate for my needs and then decided against. Throughout the whole process Daryl was patient and courteous at all times and was more than happy to talk through the issues with each idea I came up with and even tried his hardest to NOT sell me a battery! In the end I settled on a system with 7.5 Kw of panels, a hybrid converter for my 3 Phase power and a 9.6 KW battery (which I insisted on).I can't thank Daryl enough for always being willing to answer all my questions - stupid or otherwise - and patiently explaining to me the intricacies of solar systems.I recommend anyone who wants more than just a rote quote to give Daryl a call. He takes the time to understand what you need (which may not be what you thought you wanted) and he then proceeds to fashion a system at the best possible price.5 Star service and I haven't even had the instal yet!

A small problem due (I think) from recent rain storms etc caused a clip panel to come off. The service team at Perth Solar Force attended to it withing 48 hours no problems at all and checked all the other clips while here. A great company to do business with and I've recommended them to friends who are delighted with their new systems. Top marks team :-)

Here’s a big “shout out” to Sam and his amazing crew of professional and courteous electricians and installers — Jonno, Calvin, Saj, Dylan and Tristan (and we must not forget their boss Ben working behind the scenes!). Well done guys on completing a technically complex and awesome project.It’s been fantastic to see you guys bring into reality my original dream back in 1999 (when we bought the home) of turning this 60+ year old house into an energy self-sufficient dwelling.Sam, your ability to think, visualise, plan and design on your feet under pressure at a challenging site, and then execute the plan, is worth mentioning. This has been a stellar effort!Our site is complex, and we wanted a large system with bells and whistles (and more!):(1) Transplant an 11 year-old 5kW PV system to another part of the roof, so that I could have an off-grid system to do R&D on new battery technologies;(2) Install a 33-panel 14kW PV system on the north, east, south and west facing roofs with solar optimisers, panel tilts, etc on the highest part of the house;(3) Install and integrate a pre-owned 2-stack 40kWh industrial battery system to provide full off-grid or on-grid capabilities;(4) Install 3-phase EV charging infrastructure to allow for future expansion.The photos below say it all. This is a job well done and to be proud of. May this be a good reference to the PSF team’s capabilities!

Within 15 minutes of being here the amazing technician found a major fault with the original installation. I was quoted for repair which was carried out with care and consideration. I can recommend Perth Solar Force to anyone with confidence. Their service was far beyond what I expected. I felt I could trust their advice. It was tailored to my needs. I was particularly concerned about installing panels over my raked ceiling due to the difficulty in avoiding accidental internal damage from screws that missed the beams. The installation team took great care and we had no problems. Without me requesting it they also replaced any poor quality tiles that would be under the panels. I'm glad I went with PSF. I would do it again.
