Perth Solar Force is proudly a New Energy Tech Approved Seller of solar products. This means we are committed to providing fair, transparent and quality solar installations and services. New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC) program is a voluntary scheme for solar retailers. The NETCC outlines the consumer protection standards for energy tech including solar energy systems, solar batteries and EV chargers. The NETCC is an extension of the original Approved Solar Retailer program by the CEC.

The NETCC standards are designed by peak industry and consumer bodies. The NETCC program is governed by a NETCC Council and administered by the Clean Energy Council.
ACCC Authorised:
The NETCC has been through a public consultation process. As a result, New Energy Tech is the only consumer code to be authorised by the Australian Competition Commission.

Consumer standards are set throughout the customer experience. From initial solar quotes till after your solar products are installed.

Presale
- Ensure that sales representatives act ethically at all times.
- Not engage in any dishonest or misleading advertising and sales tactics.
- Provide you with all necessary information in writing to enable full education about your solar purchase prior to entering into a contract.
Post Sale
- Your solar system products are of acceptable quality and function as expected.
- Uphold consumers’ rights about cooling-off periods and refunds, and giving the opportunity to cancel a contract (and receive a full refund) if changes are made that are not approved in writing.
- Proved a minimum warranty of 5 years (Perth Solar Force offers 10 years!) covering workmanship and product.
- Address any issues that arise during this warranty period.
- Fully inform you of the installation process and network connection workings, (we facilitate this process on your behalf).
Documentation & General Business
- Ensure customers are provided with the required with documentation before and after the solar system is installed.
- Adhere to all existing legislations and regulations.
- Be fully accountable for the actions of any subcontracted parties.
- Maintain a fair and transparent complaints process, and get back to you within 21 days of making a complaint.
