Perth Solar Force went above and beyond to assess, fix and resolve our solar panel and fitment issue we had with another company that installed our panels over 9 years ago. Their team was efficient and identified an issue with our old inverter that has now been solved for. Great work and 100% recommend.

I engaged with Perth Solar Force after seeing them complete a stellar solar installation on an adjoining property. It was my wish to upgrade my outdated solar system.

I was promptly called back by Daryl P in the sales team, who attended our property later on. Daryl was very knowledgeable of their products, and every question I had about the technology and upgrading my system was answered. He also responded to further technical questions I had after I agreed to the quote. The team originally were going to install about 6 weeks later due to the summer peak. I was lucky enough to get a call from the team later that week, and Perth Solar Force and had the panels on my roof and new inverter three days later!

The install team was prompt and efficient too, braving the very hot day to get the whole job done in just a few hours. The install was clean, neat and slick.

The support team over email and in the office have also been helpful with my questions and requests about the application.

Since the system has been installed, I have seen further reductions in my household bill which is super awesome.

I highly recommend Perth Solar Force as a solar company installer, and will have no hesitation in adding a battery to my system in the near future.

My 6.6kw installation today went very smoothly. The installers were on time, professional, easy to deal with and cleaned up after themselves which I really appreciated.

Perth Solar Force was great to deal with, from the initial meeting to the install.

I quickly gained trust in Perth Solar Force in a way that didn’t quite come with other sellers I spoke with. The longevity in market is definitely a plus, as is the fact their installers are in-house and not contractors so there would be one port of call with any issues there, and they were able to explain the industry and technology and a way that made it easy to understand. For example, what a bettery would give us, to ultimately demonstrate that right now, it wouldn’t be cost effective for us.

All this and at a highly competitive price – not the cheapest but very much not the most expensive either. Good brands of panels and inverter available and good software to track energy generation too.

The panels have been up almost a year and zero issues at all.

Can very much recommend to add to your shortlist.

We had quite a tricky roof and lots of specifics that needed considering but nothing was too much trouble for these guys. A great company. We have no complaints.

A team of two, Simon ( the electrical engineer) and Michael ( an advanced apprentice ) managed to install 15 large solar panels on an old(ish) and not very straight tiles roof, in less than half a day of work, all done with precise planning and timing, perfectly aligned, perfectly installed, meticulously checking every piece of their steps, filling up STC form for me on their electronic device, I only had to sign and admire their knowledge and professionalism. Perth Solar Force was recommended by a neighbour. John, our sales advisor was very professional and knowledgeable. We received an efficient swift service and the process was seamless. Installers knew exactly what to do and also very professional. And most of all the price was not unreasonable unlike other companies.

We had our 6kw system installed and it is performing perfectly.

The team here can be sumed up in one word. “PROFESSIONAL” we had 5 quotes! All the way from “cheap as chips” to “how much?” but Glen from sales came out on time, he was knowledgeable, professional and spent an hour with us going over what system would suit our needs, he also was upfront and honest, he told us the prices in person, something that the other reps wouldn’t and was no pressure whatsoever.

The team in the office were prompt as well, They had a cancellation so our solar was could be installed that week!

The Install team came and were friendly, fast, tidy and on time. They even offered to take away our empty cardboard boxes from our recent move!

My system was installed back in Jan 2023 so I’m writing this review a while after the installation was completed. The initial quote and site survey were well organised and the team came prepared on the day of installation. I had limited space to install the system and had drawn up some plans, and the end result the team delivered was just what I had aimed for. There have been a couple of issues since with a failed wifi module and DC breaker, but Perth Solar Force replaced them promptly under warranty with no hassles. Everything has been running smoothly since so I’m happy to recommend them as the company has shown continued support for their systems.

Ben was a champ answered so many of my questions backwards a forwards. Sam and the boys did an excellent job installing my system. 50 KW battery and 10K solar – SAJ batteries and inverter, system working well several month in.

Very professional and reliable supplier. Detailed explanation of available options, prompt follow-up in relation to queries, and kept us informed of the process through to installation, which was undertaken with the greatest care and communication possible. Installation team arrived at scheduled time, and talked us through the process. Couldn’t fault them! Also did not defer to talking only to the male, answering all questions along the way.

From first contact, through sales to getting the solar installed was a first class, stress free experience which was pleasure after the dramas we had building the house. I would recommend Perth Solar to everyone looking for good value and service.

To say I’m happy is under-stating how I feel right now. The system they installed is amazing, produces so much power. The installers were very nice, and polite. I dealt with Ben for sale and Ben made me feel like I was important to them from start to finish; he made sure I was happy for the whole process and even pushed my install date earlier as requested; what a champ. Overall the experience was definitely 10/10 and would not of gone with anyone else. They are all WA owned, local and that was my first priority when I looked for a solar installer. Only extremely small negative was they left a bit of plastic cabling about the place but I am not mad about it, just need to pick up everything before they leave, as a side note.
I would recommend anyone to deal with Ben for their solar install and definitely use Perth Solar Force especially if you are NOR as they are based in Wangara.

I can not speak highly enough of the Solar Force Team. We did a fair bit of research when looking for solar for our new house and reached out to several businesses for a quote, however as we had not moved into our new house yet we were met with mixed responses from a quote over the phone only no site visit, to call us back when you move. That was not the case with Perth Solar Force, from my first contact with the team they were friendly and very accommodating, coming to the house we were in to provide a quote on the new house was not an issue.
Ben our sales rep was prepared with satellite images of the roof of the new house to show where the panels would go and provided us with all of our options. He was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to consider our options before we moved ahead with the quote.
The team stayed in contact with us throughout all the approval processes and booking in our install date.
Our install team was absolutely amazing. Calvin, Sam and Jayden were friendly, punctual, professional and very informative keeping us updated on the install progress. They took the time to explain the system and the app to us and assisted with the necessary paperwork.

Thanks to Josh T who passed us over to Perth Solar Force after initially being told by another company they cannot do our house due to certain complexities (low roof space, electrical work etc). He made the transfer seamless. However, seems there is no job too hard for Perth Solar Force and they made it look easy! You can tell the quality of a company not just with how they deal with the install but how they deal with any issues. We had our system installed a week or so back. The installers were amazing super neat and tidy. Unfortunately we had a part not working so had to come back. ( these things happen) Here again the team were fantastic. I had a small grumble which was taken very seriously by the Managment and they ensured all was good.

Can not recommend PSF enough, We encountered some real average companies on our Solar journey but these guys are well worth the time.

Cant speak highly enough of the install team Shay Alex and Jono – the team were on time, efficient and professional and even offered some practical field insight when installing the panels on the roof suggesting to move them up higher towards the apex of the roof to capture more sun and prevent early shading from neighbouring properties. Also I can see how meticulously the Inverter has been installed and I appreciate the attention to detail. Lastly the office staff were always friendly and helpful. Great job legends. Would recommend to anyone.
