Perth Solar Force delivered an outstanding installation experience from beginning to end. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. The install was completed on time, everything was left neat and tidy, and the crew made sure I understood how the entire system operated before they wrapped up.

The performance has been incredible. With the 50 kW battery now running for over a week, I haven’t drawn a single bit of power from the grid. The system has been powering the house day and night without any issues, and it’s been amazing to see the difference it makes.

A huge thank you to the entire Perth Solar Force installation team for their excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommend them.

Sam who came to our house to do the quote was a jet. He was so kind and thoughtful and helped us with what was a very difficult installation decision as we had old panels and a mix of new panels and a difficult roof. He was contactable and helpful and answered an awful lot of questions that we had. The team that came to install the system were also high-quality. Got the job done and we are left with a new system that is working brilliantly and has cut our power bills essentially to 0. Thank you to all.

The consultant I had Glen, was amazing to deal with. He was able to inform me so much Knowledge about the range of solar products suitable for my house upgrade with battery. Even answered questions outside of working hours! What a legend!!

Fast forward a couple of weeks. I was met with Cory, Conor and Joshua. These guys are the true MVP. 40° day and these boys roll up on time and start smashing out the removal of the old solar system and installing the new system, they kept me informed throughout the day of when power was going on/off. Along with doing the testing making system was 100% operation after installation.
Afterwards they cleaned up and didn’t leave a single scrap behind in the garage! Such an effective and friendly team, PSF – you should be really proud of your squad, they also worked really well together! They are a friendly bunch of lads that were happy to answer and question I had! I would highly recommend them for a professional and clean setup!

The guys installed a new hybrid inverter, battery with backup this morning with a minimum of fuss and noise. They did an excellent job inside and out and we are very happy with the end result. I was able to talk through each stage of the process and explore options as required. Very happy to recommend Perth Solar Force.

Had to get our inverter tested due to some faults and was very fortunate to have Joel come through for us as he was very friendly, and professional answered all our questions patiently (especially patient with my mums questions). Would definitely recommend giving them a call if you have anything regarding solar that needs to be looked at.

Just had solar panels installed today, super easy process from the start with sales consultant Tom Ransome being extremely knowledgeable, all questions answered, no issues at all. Tom promised panels to be on my roof within 4 weeks, and delivered. Yesterday got a call from admin asking if today was ok for the installation, this just after 2 weeks.

Installation team was also very friendly, aproachable and efficient. Got here early morning and left around lunch time. Took 4/5 hours as advised. Assisted in setting up the monitoring app, answered a few questions and cleaned up when they left.

A couple tiles were broken, which can be expected, and Perth Solar Force will send a subcontractor to replace them.

All considered, very happy with customer service, can't wait now to get the next power bill and see how much we will be saving.

We recently had our solar panels and inverter installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Calvin and Tiago were absolutely fantastic; professional, friendly, and incredibly capable. They encountered a few unexpected hurdles during the installation, especially Tiago crawling through our challenging obstacle course in the roof space. They handled each issue with ease and confidence. It was clear they really knew what they were doing, kept us informed every step of the way and cared about the finished results.
What impressed us even more was that SolarForce went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied when the installation was finished. Their commitment to customer service truly stood out, and we felt supported from start to finish.
We’re extremely pleased with the final result and highly recommend this team. Great workmanship, great service, and a great experience overall!

The installation team did a great job. Tool pride in their work, gave me a run through on how everything worked once it was setup and cleaned up after themselves when it was all done.

I'm so impressed by how Toung and his team went about the installation, commissioning and education session for my new 15kwh Battery system. I'm also so impressed with the kit they've installed, which looks super impressive and high tech taking up such a small amount of space.

Toung led the installation and his team calmly and with great expertise…for example adapting quickly to seeing that my circuit board had limited expansion capacity, adding a new box very cleanly, giving me more spare circuit space. I was interacting enough with the guys to see he had a strong team leader's rapport with his colleagues, a bright group of lads…all of them represented Perth Solar Force with professionalism and seemed to get genuine pleasure from seeing how happy my wife and I were with the final results of their busy day.

Calvin came out this morning to Coondle to service our solar system & report on any faults which we have been concerned about.Calvin did a wonderful job was very patient & understanding with all our questions that we had ,he was very knowledgeable & was very helpful gave us some great advice.We would definitely recommend Calvin & Perth Solar Force.

Fantastic work. I wanted super neat and a minimalist footprint within the confines of the house layout and unit requirements. Also fixed up the fuses as required to make it all work. Super appreciative of the good work. Professional team.

Extremely happy with the level of service from start to finish. They installed our solar panels 8 years ago and still remembering the level of service from Glen they were my only choice to add batteries.
Batteries installed today the the install team were excellent, professional, polite and happy to answer any questions.

I highly recommend Perth Solar Force after they installed my solar & battery in the South West of WA. Admittedly the process was long with a few glitches due to the new government subsidies to be navigated and there were a few communication issues, but in general I'm very happy with the result. In particular the installers Simon and MG were very professional and friendly and a real credit to the company. They were a man down and worked a long hard day to try and complete the job.

Very very happy with my experience the installers were friendly and job was completed to a high standard. Highly recommend this mob for battery installs.

I had a new hybrid inverter and 20kWh battery system installed as I had an existing 6kW solar system.

Solar Force's administration team have been great to deal with and always very responsive. Whilst they are obviously very busy calls are always returned promptly with the required information shared.

The install team likewise did a fantastic job and were great to deal with. I hadn't realised the amount of work involved in one of these installs and all three of them worked hard all day. The job that they did is very professional and like the top-notch tradesmen they clearly are they left a really tidy worksite once they had finished. I didn't envy them pulling cables in the roof and could hear how hard that was at times.

Dealing with the sales side was also a pleasure. I am very happy with the equipment, it's ease of use and performance.

I would not hesitate to recommend Solar Force to anyone looking to have a solar system/battery system installed.

After getting Perth Solar Force to install our initial solar panels, and being very happy with the installation and service. We have just had some additional panels and battery installed and are very pleased. Calvin, Aylwin and Matt did a great good arrived on time, were courteous and informative. They gave us a clear explanation of everything, including taking the time to discuss the battery location with us.

Happy with the service provided. The technician pointed out a problem with the roof which was unrelated to the work he was doing, so really appreciate him going above and beyond what was needed for the job.
He took the time to make sure I understood how to connect to the system and monitor it.

Perth Solar Force have provided exceptional service from from the initial sales enquiry to the installation and follow-up visits. Whilst I had a leak via a cracked tile following installation, all follow-up has been immediate and followed through until the leak was resolved. All of the staff who visited my premises were courteous and professional and were a pleasure to do business with.

Perth Solar Force were excellent to deal with. They weren’t the cheapest quote, but their service was great – from Robert who visited us to discuss possible solutions (and later responded to my questions) to Jack and Tung and their teams for the installation and commissioning and to Karen in the office.
All were responsive and helpful.
We’re very pleased with the result.

Excellent service across the board. Salesman wasn't (too) pushy, rebates and delays were handled well, and Sam, Caden and Ray had the system installed in record time.
