They provided me with great advice during the planning phase and helping to talk me out of some marketing hype thus saving me money.
The install team not only very skilled they also took the time to again talk me through the install and some decisions needed on placement and the like helping to balance ease of operation and aesthetics.
Hand over was a breeze helping with installing the apps needed and going through a series of tests to ensure the system worked as smoothly as it should.

I’ve just had a GoodWe solar system put in by Perth Solar Force and I’ve been very impressed with them throughout the whole process.

Pre‑sales: Glen Smyth was fantastic throughout the quoting process. With new state and federal rebates rolling out, the whole industry felt a bit chaotic—details kept changing and even some suppliers didn’t have the full picture. Glen stayed on top of it all, breaking down what incentives applied to my setup and how the timelines worked. On top of that, he fielded my mountain of “what‑if” scenarios and happily tweaked the proposal so I could compare options side‑by‑side. I never felt rushed, and nothing was too much trouble.

Installation: The crew turned up on time, were friendly and professional, and talked me through placement options for the inverter, battery and cabling. They made sure I understood exactly what was going where and why. Bonus points for removing an old antenna and replacing a couple of cracked roof tiles that weren’t even near the array—completely unprompted.

Finish: The workmanship is spot‑on. Conduit runs are straight, labels are clear and everything looks neat and intentional rather than “good enough.”

All up, Perth Solar Force delivered a combination of expert advice, courteous installers and meticulous quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

There were a couple of small admin hiccups, but honestly, with the huge rush after July 1st, it’s totally understandable. They were clearly flat out but still managed to keep things moving.

Thanks to Josh and his crew for a clean and professional install—really happy with how it all came together. Also appreciate the help from the tech side—great advice and quick responses to my questions.

I recently had Perth Solar Force install a solar battery, rewire my old circuit board, replace the inverter, and test the entire system – and I couldn’t be happier! My house had an outdated electrical setup, requiring them to rearrange and upgrade everything, but JT, Tuong, and Nick handled it with expertise and patience.

They were hands-on, professional, and friendly, answering all my questions thoroughly. Despite working in cold, windy conditions, they never cut corners and even went above and beyond by fixing a tile leakage on my roof and giving a gutter clean – something I truly appreciate!

Customer service has gone extremely down hill. I had a system installed in 2020, was amazing customer service and install. I have tried contacting for 4 weeks now, I’ve made over 8 phone calls, several emails to get a quote for a battery for the existing service and have not had any quote sent to me. Very disappointed.

Edit: they did contact me to resolve the matter once they seen the 1 star review and sent a quote close of business the same day. I have reverted rating to reflect original work done.

Updating previous post. Greatly impressed with Perth Solar Force, had a fault code with our 6 year old inverter, contacted PSF and had a reply within 24hrs. As the Inverter could hot be repaired, a replacement unit was arranged through the warranty process and installed within a week. The whole process was seamless. 5 Stars to Matt A and the team at PSF.
