Perth Solar Force from the original salesman to the installation were top notch. (including office staff) Explained the process every step of the way with a bright smile and patience. From the time i was quoted to installation was several months and apart from a phone call to see if i had any concerns a few weeks in, they didn't hound me to decide. By the time I did after gathering finances it was almost too late lol...but they shuffled the deck for me and fit me in and did the job several days later. I can't recommend them highly enough. Professional team with non of the cowboy attitude that some of the fly by nighters that seemed to abound the last 8 months or so. Yes I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

Had our solar system installed about 5yrs ago by Perth Solar Force and it has never missed a beat. Well and truly paid for itself after 2 -3 yrs.The whole process was easy! From start to finish the service was exceptional. Kevin Wilson, our salesman, talked everything through and answered all our questions. We were not pressured in any way and the ordering of the system and communication updates from the office was easy and fast, from sales visit to installation was only 15 days.The installation by Brad and Josh was extremely professional, thorough and very tidy. The guys were polite and worked diligently and efficiently. The whole process, from start to finish, was seamless and the workmanship at an exceptional level. I have my solar panels installed by Perth Solar Force in July 2021 and have been very happy with their services from sales to install to after service follow up. They have been very professional, answer all my questions and the installation team have been very efficient which made the process seamless. They have taken the time to install the app on my mobile at the end of the day so that I can monitor the efficiency of my solar panels. Overall very happy with everything and highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of installing solar panels.

Excellent company- great product and very friendly people. Everyone is helpful and easy to talk to. They answer questions and follow up quickly. I had a hiccup with my app (my fault) and it was fixed instantly. I didn't have to chase anyone. This is how I judge a company- it is how they work after you have the product and you need help. I highly recommend this company.

Thank You to the team at Solar Force. We were in two minds as to whether it was worthwhile installing solar. Our meeting with your rep was the turning point in our decision, she explained the whole process to us in a simple way so we finally understood how the how system worked and addressed all of our concerns.The whole process was handled so professionally and everyone we came in contact with were very friendly and knowledgeable.A special mention must be made for the installation team, they did an amazing job. They have to be commended for the way in which they completed the work, they were respectful, professional and caused minimum disruption to us and the house. It was a pleasure to have workmen of that standard completing the installation.Many thanks for an easy transition to Solar and we have no hesitation in passing on our highest recommendations.

From my first phone consultation to the day of installation and beyond, the Perth Solar force Team has been amazing. I had my initial at home consultation with Keashia, she came on time and explained in detail the benefits and different type of solar. She clearly answered all my question's and gave guidance for finance options. The installation was done by Sean and his team, they were punctual and very professional. when my family and I experienced technical difficulties recently Jordan organised for a team member to visit our home immediately and provide assistance (this was after their operating hours). This is truly a great team of amazing people working hard to provide great solar products and services. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Loved my experience with the Perth Solar Force team. All my questions were answered by the sales representative in a timely fashion. He was open and genuine and very patient while I went back and forth comparing several companies and quotes. They made me feel like part of the team right from the beginning. I exceptionally liked the sportsmanship shown, not once did they speak ill of other companies or pin one against the other. They simply stated their facts, products and demonstrated patience and care when answering queries. In the end I choose Perth Solar Force not only because of the fantastic price but because of the quality and customer service.The consistent updates via SMS and email were also very helpful with the remainder of the process.The installation team were punctual, friendly and efficient. We have an existing system installed - and we were looking at increasing our capacity. Nathan Cain came out to have a look at our current setup, power useage, and expenditure. He was so helpful at giving us advice on how to maximise our current system to reduce our bills, and weighing our current options rather than having an unnecessary upgrade (and lose our current tariff rate) with a new system.It's rare to get an honest salesperson who has your back, and tells you truthfully when you don't need an unnecessary upgrade. We'll definitely be using Perth Solar Force if anything does go kaput with our existing system, just based on the fact that they didn't push to sell us something to us that we didn't actually need. Keep up the great work Nathan.

Having had previously dealt with another solar company who didn't return calls and gave very poor advice as to what I needed. I was put in contact with Nathan who explained the differences between what I was quoted from other company and what perth solar force was quoting. Nathan also explained that his company only used their own installers and licenced electricians not sub contractors. The installers were spot on time and completed the job to perfection. After years, I mean years of trying to make the decision to go solar, I immediately felt like I was in safe hands upon meeting Tom. I was thrilled with the product and he made the whole process sound so easy I was asking him "where do I sign?" before he had finished!On the day of installation a whole team of great young guys rolled up and had my 22 panels installed in no time. The handoff was easy where I had an app on my phone telling me how awesome I was for the planet and how much money my solar was making me! I love this app👌 Once the panels were installed they showed me pictures of a couple of broken tiles that they had siliconed up and said that one of their guys would be back to replace the tiles. (I was not sceptical because I had read the reviews which is why I chose them.) Sure enough like a well oiled machine a lovely young man named Ben was in touch within the week and had it all tidied up for me with photo's to prove.A month down the track we have an almighty storm and I suddenly had a leak in my roof where the guys were using to access to the second storey. I rang PSF and spoke to Brooke and said, "not sure if this is you but no one has been up there for years and I have never had all this rain in the middle of my alfresco?" I kid you not, within 30 minutes Ben rang me and then within 45 mins (they are in Wangara, I am in North Perth) he was at my house inspecting my leak. There were no cracked tiles and it turns out maybe the way the wind was coming in etc that it just could have been due to the freak storm. Never the less he ripped up my tiles and applied a whole lot of sealant tape under them to some tarp that was under the tiles and said "all part of the service!"This is a great Perth company and I would not hesitate in using them again if ever I needed or referring them on to friends and family. Thanks Perth Solar Force, keep up the great work.

Just had solar panels installed today, super easy process from the start with sales consultant Tom Ransome being extremely knowledgeable, all questions answered, no issues at all. Tom promised panels to be on my roof within 4 weeks, and delivered. Yesterday got a call from admin asking if today was ok for the installation, this just after 2 weeks.Installation team was also very friendly, aproachable and efficient. Got here early morning and left around lunch time. Took 4/5 hours as advised. Assisted in setting up the monitoring app, answered a few questions and cleaned up when they left.A couple tiles were broken, which can be expected, and Perth Solar Force will send a subcontractor to replace them.All considered, very happy with customer service, can't wait now to get the next power bill and see how much we will be saving.

We had John come out to provide us a quote for solar and Perth Solar Force were prompt getting back to us and coming out to do this.We had solar installed late 2020 and are happy with the way the system is going so far. It's easy to use, the Wifi portal lets us keep track of our production.They were referred to us by a friend and would recommend them.

I had a not so typical experience with PSF, but would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone looking for a solar install.After receiving a quote, we went with PSF due to their contact with us. John (sales rep) was very good to deal with and did promptly contact me whenever there was anything of note.The crew doing the install on Xmas eve were fantastic and very efficient (Dallas is a ripper of a bloke).There was one misunderstanding relating to very minor works for my roof to accommodate the panels. However, PSF were very understanding and promptly rectified the issue without any pain (Good on you Jordan and crew).All in all, a great experience who when faced with an issue dealt with it professionally and amicably.

Totally professional from start to finishTom Ransome came out and sat down with me to discuss our options, knew his stuff and offered a good deal. What was even better was that he didn’t try on the hard sell which was good.The ladies in the office were prompt with emails and logistics.Sam and his team installing in the day were polite, knowledgeable and professional... to the extent of not even leaving a spec of dust, dirt or rubbish after the installation.Having the system installed in September we’re seeing the difference in our bills immediately.We aren’t paying for electricity use and the surplus that we’re generating is almost covering the supply charges.We’re generally producing 40+ kWh a day ... day in day out and the cost recovery will be less than two years

Had solar installed by them and cannot be happier. Neville came over personally and gave quote and explain everything genuinely without being pushy. I could not find roof tiles for backup, so he helped me to source some and bring them over to me personally without charging for it. The main difference between solar force and other companies is that they are truly local with their own instore installers, this is a big deal so if anything goes wrong, they can come over and fix it for you without going through the loop. The installers are also very friendly and professional, and they only break one tile during the installation! So we now have excess roof tiles Neville bought for us and we have store those for future use! From our experience installing solar is not about who is the cheapest, but it is the service that matters, your warranty means nothing if the company you go with is not backing them up. From sales to installation everything has been extremely satisfactory, if you want hassle free solar go with this mob!

The salesman John was polite, matter of fact and answered all my questions that I had regarding the system with no bulls**t marketing and honest answers. He actually came to the premises first for the quoting process. I had done my research on Solarquotes and had a good idea what brands I wanted based on my budget as well. He was happy to match a price with a competing quote i had received for what I was after and the fact they use their own installation team rather than contractors and they were close to my house gave me the final piece of mind to go with them.The installation team were on time, polite and did an excellent clean install and my panels have been running perfectly for the last week. Looking forward to seeing how my bills go and tailoring my usage in the future to help bring costs down. Highly recommend.

After seeing many horror stories I came across Perth Solar Force and couldn't recommend them enough. Nathan initially came out and was knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had, he wasn't pushy and was easy to deal with. The process from there was easy, the installers (Sam & team) were great on the day of installation, explained exactly what they were going to do and then text me pictures when they finished as I was at work. If you want a quality job and peace of mind then I highly recommend PSF.

My wife and I recently had a system installed by Perth Solar Force. From the beginning to the end, the service was 10/10. Nathan came down to our place for an in home consultation on a Saturday at a time suitable for us. He took the time to explain everything in detail but in Layman's Terms without all the rubbish sales pitching. Nathan didn't pressure us to do anything we didn't want to do and he gave us the time to think it over before proceeding with his recommdations for our home. In-house installation is an absolute treat with the two installers coming down on a rainy day and having the system installed by lunch time. One of the installers stuck around and gave us a demo on the system's app and made sure he didn't walk away leaving us confused. We are very happy with the service we got by Nathan and the team at Perth Solar Force and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Only had the system for a couple of months, need to use the power during the day, so have been working out the timers on the dishwasher etc. So far, looking good.End of September, and with the extra sunshine, running spa pump and air conditioning, it's paying for itself.

A good experience from start to finish. John provided a competitive quote and included sourcing of spare old terracotta tiles. Dallas and crew arrived on the allotted day on time. Installation went without a hitch and everything was left neat and tidy. Very satisfied with the service.

After many quotes and visits by solar firms, it was a refreshing change to deal with Riccardo, who was very happy to spend time with us. Working out our needs and ways to accommodate as well as showing how solar will work for us. All the information was transparent and easy to understand. Our system was installed within two weeks after the consultation and it only took less than a day. We are very happy with the system and relieved that the whole experience was easy.The installers Mitch and Woody were excellent. They were on time, very professional and took pride in their job. We were really happy with the neat cables and their effort. They were very helpful and answered all concerns that we had. The rubbish was taken with them and we were connected to the panels in no time.We are more than happy to recommend Perth Solar Force. Extremely happy with Perth Solar Force. From the initial consultation with Neville Simmons to the installation on July 1st, everything was handled in a very efficient way. When the team arrived to install the system, they found an old pool heating mat on the roof, which they removed without extra charge. I can highly recommend Perth Solar Force!!

I had initial discussion in my house on 4th Juneand Mr Glen suggest 20x Suntech 330w panels and Goodwe 5kw inverter to my house . After signing the quotation on same day he has given me so much information about the panel and Inverter by email.He is good and professional I am happy about the first step with PSFOn 19th June I had my solar system installed up and running. Many Thanks to the boys in the installation team ,, arrived on time and best practiceI am really happy ,,these people are really quick I had only 2 weeks here I have my panels on the roof.I really appreciate and thanks for the all members of PSF.Again I am really recommend PSF to anyone need to get solar done , Good job !!!

Marcelo Arantes from Perth Solar came out to our home and was very helpful answering all our questions about solar power and was very knowledgeable about the products solar force provides and not pushy at all. He was fantastic and so friendly I will defiantly be recommending him to family and friends. The technicians who installed the panels and the inverter were professional, friendly and polite. Overall an outstanding job and workmanship, I am glad and happy that we chose Solar Force.

We were approached by Nathan Cain from PSF for a quote. Nathan suggestd a 5.22kW system witha 5kW inverter to which we agreed. The whole procedure from pre-sale, to post-sale was trouble-free without us having to lift a finger. After installation, there was follow-up from PSF to make sure that we are happy with the system and if we have any other questions. System is up and running for 22 days now without any problem. On average we got about 25units on a sunny day and 6.5units on the lowest day (keep in mind that these numbers are measured during winter time so we expect higher number during summer). Overall we had a good experience and would recommend PSF to anyone.

Marcelo was amazing to work with, he was known to me prior to his start at Perth Solar Force, so I already expected his high level of knowledge and standard of communication about all things solar. The installers at Perth Solar Force were brilliant too, they still completed the install between showers and constant high winds without complaint or fuss. They clearly explained the process on install, the layout of the panels, and communicated small adjustments they were making to compliment the roof structure. I contacted several companies before making a final decision. Solar Force were not pushy at all and understood I needed time to do some research.There were 1 or 2 slightly cheaper quotes ($200) but they hadn’t been out to see me as they were based over East, and were using random contractors to do their installs.What pulled me over the line was thatSolar Force have their own full time staff, are local and have been around for a long time.The communication from day 1 was perfect and the installation team were on time, super polite and worked hard.I can now track my solar power on an App and it’s looking great. No more power bills for us!It turns out my neighbour over the road used them and was also very happy, and my other neighbours have also decided to run with them.Good company, great price and 5 star service 👍

I was impressed with the salesman Phil Summers , he was very genuine and took time to explain everything and had great confidence in the brands and products he was talking about that Perth / Geraldton Solar Force used in their business. The installation was supervised by a Geraldton technician who I am happy to say was a local , the other men who came to help were from Perth due to the lack of skilled workers here at the time so I was told.
