Free GoodWe Inverter Upgrade & $2,000 Visa Gift Card Draw

4. Free GoodWe Inverter Upgrade

During the Promotional Period, eligible customers may receive one of the following GoodWe inverter capacity upgrades at no additional charge:

• single-phase: 5 kW to 10 kW;
• three-phase: 5 kW to 10 kW; or
• three-phase: 10 kW to 15 kW.

The eligible upgrade must be clearly identified on the customer’s Perth Solar Force quote.

The free upgrade applies only to the difference in price between the applicable GoodWe inverter capacities. It does not include any additional panels, batteries, switchboard or electrical works, metering, export-control equipment, network charges, approvals, site works or other products or services unless expressly included in the customer’s quote.

All systems and inverter capacities remain subject to site suitability, system design, product availability and any required electricity network or regulatory approval. If an advertised inverter capacity cannot lawfully or safely be installed at the property, Perth Solar Force will discuss the available alternatives with the customer before proceeding.

5. Eligibility

Entry is open to Western Australian residents aged 18 years or over who, during the Promotional Period:

1. enter into a qualifying contract with Perth Solar Force for a solar installation that includes one of the GoodWe inverter upgrades listed in clause 4;
2. ensure the qualifying upgrade is clearly stated on their quote;
3. provide all required documents, including the signed contract, requested site photographs and a current electricity bill;
4. have all required documents fully submitted by their Sales Consultant into Perth Solar Force’s customer relationship management system (CRM) during the Promotional Period; and
5. have the qualifying system installed on or before Monday, 30 November 2026.

Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter or GoodWe and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

6. How to Enter

No separate entry form is required. An eligible customer will automatically receive one entry for each qualifying solar installation contract once all documents listed in clause 5 have been fully submitted into the CRM.

The official entry date is the date and time at which all required documents are recorded as complete in the CRM. The date shown on a quote, the date on which a quote was first provided or the date on which only some documents were supplied does not determine the draw period.

Joint purchasers and multiple persons named on the same qualifying contract collectively receive one entry for that contract. The person named as the primary customer in the CRM will be treated as the entrant and prize recipient.

Each valid entry will be included only in the draw corresponding to its official entry date. Unsuccessful entries do not roll over into a later draw.

There is no separate fee to enter. The price of a qualifying solar system will not be increased because the customer receives an entry in the draw.

7. Draw Process

Each draw will be conducted on the applicable Draw Date shown in clause 3 at the Promoter’s office at 17 Niche Parade, Wangara WA 6065.

For each draw, the Promoter will use a computerised random selection process to select one entry from all valid entries received during the applicable entry period. The first valid entry selected will be the provisional winner, subject to verification of eligibility under these Terms and Conditions.

Entrants do not need to be present at a draw. Where practicable, members of the public may witness a draw by prior arrangement with the Promoter. Otherwise, the Promoter will retain audit records confirming how the draw was conducted.

The Promoter’s CRM records will be used to determine whether and when a complete entry was received. The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable law.

8. Prizes

There are four prizes. Each prize is one Visa Gift Card with a loaded value of AUD $2,000.

The total prize pool is AUD $8,000.

Each prize is supplied by GoodWe and is subject to any activation, expiry and use conditions disclosed by the card issuer. A prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash at the winner’s request.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

The General Sales Manager of Perth Solar Force will contact each provisional winner by telephone and email using the contact details recorded in the CRM. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to notify the provisional winner within two business days after the applicable draw.

A provisional winner must respond to the Promoter within 14 days of notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange the prize.

The Promoter may disqualify an entry if the entrant:

• does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions;
• supplies incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information;
• cancels or terminates the qualifying contract;
• changes the contracted system so that it no longer includes a qualifying GoodWe inverter upgrade; or
• does not complete the qualifying installation by the installation deadline, subject to clause 10.

10. Installation Requirement and Prize Issue

A provisional winner becomes a confirmed winner only when their qualifying system has been fully installed on or before Monday, 30 November 2026.

Following confirmation of the completed installation, the Promoter will provide GoodWe with the confirmed winner’s name, contact details and delivery details for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment. GoodWe will issue the $2,000 Visa Gift Card directly to the confirmed winner as soon as reasonably practicable.

If completion by 30 November 2026 is prevented solely by a delay caused by the Promoter or by a required network or regulatory approval outside the entrant’s reasonable control, the Promoter may extend the installation deadline for that entrant where permitted by law. The entrant must otherwise have met all contractual requirements and acted promptly to enable installation.

11. Redraws

If a provisional winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, does not respond within 14 days or does not become a confirmed winner in accordance with clause 10, the Promoter may conduct a redraw using the same computerised random selection method from the remaining valid entries in the applicable draw.

Any redraw required because the qualifying installation was not completed by the installation deadline will be conducted on Monday, 7 December 2026 at the Promoter’s office. The redraw winner will be notified by telephone and email within two business days.

12. Privacy

The Promoter will collect, use and store entrants’ personal information to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and arrange prize fulfilment. The Promoter may disclose a confirmed winner’s necessary contact and delivery details to GoodWe and the relevant card issuer for those purposes.

Entrants may contact the Promoter using the details in clause 15 to request access to or correction of their personal information.

13. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits information that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

If the promotion is affected by events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to conduct the promotion fairly and as advertised. After the promotion commences, the Promoter will not amend, cancel or withdraw the promotion except with any prior written approval required from the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia and subject to applicable law.

The Promoter will retain promotion and draw records for at least 12 months and make them available to an authorised officer or member of the Police Force on request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for delays or failures caused by a third-party prize issuer, postal service or an event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
