I had a not so typical experience with PSF, but would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone looking for a solar install.After receiving a quote, we went with PSF due to their contact with us. John (sales rep) was very good to deal with and did promptly contact me whenever there was anything of note.The crew doing the install on Xmas eve were fantastic and very efficient (Dallas is a ripper of a bloke).There was one misunderstanding relating to very minor works for my roof to accommodate the panels. However, PSF were very understanding and promptly rectified the issue without any pain (Good on you Jordan and crew).All in all, a great experience who when faced with an issue dealt with it professionally and amicably.

Totally professional from start to finishTom Ransome came out and sat down with me to discuss our options, knew his stuff and offered a good deal. What was even better was that he didn’t try on the hard sell which was good.The ladies in the office were prompt with emails and logistics.Sam and his team installing in the day were polite, knowledgeable and professional... to the extent of not even leaving a spec of dust, dirt or rubbish after the installation.Having the system installed in September we’re seeing the difference in our bills immediately.We aren’t paying for electricity use and the surplus that we’re generating is almost covering the supply charges.We’re generally producing 40+ kWh a day ... day in day out and the cost recovery will be less than two years

Had solar installed by them and cannot be happier. Neville came over personally and gave quote and explain everything genuinely without being pushy. I could not find roof tiles for backup, so he helped me to source some and bring them over to me personally without charging for it. The main difference between solar force and other companies is that they are truly local with their own instore installers, this is a big deal so if anything goes wrong, they can come over and fix it for you without going through the loop. The installers are also very friendly and professional, and they only break one tile during the installation! So we now have excess roof tiles Neville bought for us and we have store those for future use! From our experience installing solar is not about who is the cheapest, but it is the service that matters, your warranty means nothing if the company you go with is not backing them up. From sales to installation everything has been extremely satisfactory, if you want hassle free solar go with this mob!

The salesman John was polite, matter of fact and answered all my questions that I had regarding the system with no bulls**t marketing and honest answers. He actually came to the premises first for the quoting process. I had done my research on Solarquotes and had a good idea what brands I wanted based on my budget as well. He was happy to match a price with a competing quote i had received for what I was after and the fact they use their own installation team rather than contractors and they were close to my house gave me the final piece of mind to go with them.The installation team were on time, polite and did an excellent clean install and my panels have been running perfectly for the last week. Looking forward to seeing how my bills go and tailoring my usage in the future to help bring costs down. Highly recommend.

The sales process wasn't pushy, was clear and they managed to get exactly what system i wanted. Once signed up... i was kept informed of when they woulde be arriving with a reminder the day before. Once they rocked up onsite, they had a bit of an issue as we have a raked ceiling (no room to run cables, and had no space in our metre box... things that should have bee picked up before the installers had arrived. But the lead installer was up to the challenge, and spent the time to try and figure out a way to install it to our satisfaction, rather than just throwing his hands in the air and passing the buck. They finished the job as planned on the day, and i would recommend this company for solar despite the hiccups! I dont mind when companies make mistakes... its how they resolve them that matters!

After seeing many horror stories I came across Perth Solar Force and couldn't recommend them enough. Nathan initially came out and was knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had, he wasn't pushy and was easy to deal with. The process from there was easy, the installers (Sam & team) were great on the day of installation, explained exactly what they were going to do and then text me pictures when they finished as I was at work. If you want a quality job and peace of mind then I highly recommend PSF.

Have been waiting until we got our first electricity bill before posting a review...Sales service (Nathan) was excellent, not pushy at all, just took the time to explain how it worked, how to make the most of the solar power generated and what the benefits would be. Numbers all made sense.Installers were excellent, very professional and accommodating. Explained how the system worked and set up the smartphone app.Expected the first bill to be around $150 and it came in just under.Highly recommended!

Max and Paolo came out and installed my solar today. Great guys, very friendly and polite. Cleaned up after themselves and also sent me the pictures they took of my panels on the roof. My wife and I recently had a system installed by Perth Solar Force. From the beginning to the end, the service was 10/10. Nathan came down to our place for an in home consultation on a Saturday at a time suitable for us. He took the time to explain everything in detail but in Layman's Terms without all the rubbish sales pitching. Nathan didn't pressure us to do anything we didn't want to do and he gave us the time to think it over before proceeding with his recommdations for our home. In-house installation is an absolute treat with the two installers coming down on a rainy day and having the system installed by lunch time. One of the installers stuck around and gave us a demo on the system's app and made sure he didn't walk away leaving us confused. We are very happy with the service we got by Nathan and the team at Perth Solar Force and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Only had the system for a couple of months, need to use the power during the day, so have been working out the timers on the dishwasher etc. So far, looking good.End of September, and with the extra sunshine, running spa pump and air conditioning, it's paying for itself.

I have had my solar system (5kW) for 2 and half years. I needed an inverter problem fixed and Perth Solar Force were excellent at resolving the issue. My system works well and I am saving significant money. Payback period should be under 5 years. I am happy dealing with this company -- recommended.

After many quotes and visits by solar firms, it was a refreshing change to deal with Riccardo, who was very happy to spend time with us. Working out our needs and ways to accommodate as well as showing how solar will work for us. All the information was transparent and easy to understand. Our system was installed within two weeks after the consultation and it only took less than a day. We are very happy with the system and relieved that the whole experience was easy.The installers Mitch and Woody were excellent. They were on time, very professional and took pride in their job. Extremely happy with Perth Solar Force. From the initial consultation with Neville Simmons to the installation on July 1st, everything was handled in a very efficient way. When the team arrived to install the system, they found an old pool heating mat on the roof, which they removed without extra charge. I can highly recommend Perth Solar Force!!

I had initial discussion in my house on 4th Juneand Mr Glen suggest 20x Suntech 330w panels and Goodwe 5kw inverter to my house . After signing the quotation on same day he has given me so much information about the panel and Inverter by email.He is good and professional I am happy about the first step with PSFOn 19th June I had my solar system installed up and running. I was referred to Perth Solar Force by SolarQuotes.com.au. Of the three referred companies, Perth Solar Force gave the most pleasant and least pushy experience. Our system was installed in January 2020 and we haven't had any issues. We opted to have the additional consumption monitoring component with our system, which I would recommend if you love statistics.Keashia was extremely helpful to deal with and happy to answer all questions, swap out various configurations and didn't try to steer us towards any particular model. She also didn't badmouth their competitors, as a certain company's representatives did.Brad and the installation team were very knowledgable and did an excellent job with smiles all around. The consumption monitoring was set up and logins/accounts all sorted out before they left.I wish more companies were this pleasant to deal with!

Marcelo Arantes from Perth Solar came out to our home and was very helpful answering all our questions about solar power and was very knowledgeable about the products solar force provides and not pushy at all. He was fantastic and so friendly I will defiantly be recommending him to family and friends. The technicians who installed the panels and the inverter were professional, friendly and polite. We were approached by Nathan Cain from PSF for a quote. Nathan suggestd a 5.22kW system witha 5kW inverter to which we agreed. The whole procedure from pre-sale, to post-sale was trouble-free without us having to lift a finger. After installation, there was follow-up from PSF to make sure that we are happy with the system and if we have any other questions. System is up and running for 22 days now without any problem. On average we got about 25units on a sunny day and 6.5units on the lowest day (keep in mind that these numbers are measured during winter time so we expect higher number during summer). Overall we had a good experience and would recommend PSF to anyone.

Marcelo was amazing to work with, he was known to me prior to his start at Perth Solar Force, so I already expected his high level of knowledge and standard of communication about all things solar. The installers at Perth Solar Force were brilliant too, they still completed the install between showers and constant high winds without complaint or fuss. They clearly explained the process on install, the layout of the panels, and communicated small adjustments they were making to compliment the roof structure. I contacted several companies before making a final decision. Solar Force were not pushy at all and understood I needed time to do some research.There were 1 or 2 slightly cheaper quotes ($200) but they hadn’t been out to see me as they were based over East, and were using random contractors to do their installs.What pulled me over the line was thatSolar Force have their own full time staff, are local and have been around for a long time.The communication from day 1 was perfect and the installation team were on time, super polite and worked hard.I can now track my solar power on an App and it’s looking great. No more power bills for us!It turns out my neighbour over the road used them and was also very happy, and my other neighbours have also decided to run with them.Good company, great price and 5 star service 👍
